• All weeks are from 3pm Saturday arrival until 10am Saturday departure
  
  
• For the comfort and safety of our guests we operate a no-smoking policy within the cottages
  
  
• We are unable to accept pets in Robingate
  
  
• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement
  
  
• Any accidental damage should be reported so that a remedial charge can be levied if appropriate
  
  
• A deposit of £200 (per week)for Robingate or £100 (per week)for Hermitray or Erraid is payable on booking
  
  
• Deposits are non-refundable
  
  
• Balance of rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
  
  
• Prices are inclusive of electricity consumed
  
  
• Prices are in GB Pounds
